<분실물 접수 절차>

4) 분실물 사진 (생략 가능하나 보내주실 경우 빠른 확인이 가능합니다.)

5) 유사 분실물과 구별할 수 있는 특징

상기 내용 작성하여 확인 후 분실물 수령 절차 안내드릴 예정입니다.

<분실물 수령 절차>

- 광화문광장 내 서울페스타 2023 종합안내소 방문하여 수령 (택배수령 불가, 정확한 위치는 분실물 확인 후 안내)

※ 종합안내소 운영 기간에 따라, 5월 7일(일) 17시 이후로는 수령이 불가능하며 해당 시간까지 찾아가지 않는 분실물은 전량 폐기 예정이니 유의 바랍니다.

After receiving the above information, we will provide instructions for retrieving the lost item.

<Lost Item Retrieval Procedure>

- Visit the Seoul Festa 2023 Comprehensive Information Center located in Gwanghwamun Square to retrieve your lost item (mail delivery is not available, the exact location will be provided after confirming your lost item).

※ Please note that lost items that are not claimed before 5:00 PM on May 7th (Sun), 2023, or during the operating period of the Comprehensive Information Center, will be disposed of.
